    Hello,

My son has been going to Ramah for 8 summers. I grew up in the conservative movement but we live in Santa Barbara, CA and that is not a choice. We belong to a reform synagogue.

Is there any way that Ryan could be considered eligible for this scholarship if we are not US members?

    Thank you,
    Julie Fishman
